Branch Chair by Coro

Hence the branch collection offering tables, seats and parasols whose smoothness and extensibility are designed to perfectly harmonise with the environment. Ilaria Marelli designs a collection that follows the dialogue already existing with Coro and the outdoor, carrying on the travel between creation and emotion and constantly in search of new proposals in design. Simple and harmonious lines sketch a product made in steel treated and varnished with epoxy resins. The fabric of the seat is technologically tested, plasticized to stand outdoor. The project reminds of the invisible stitches of a haute couture dress, stokes that makes the invisible become visible and starting up the harmony of shapes. A beautiful and rare object which may disappear, where necessary, and adjust itself to the space, concealing human intrusion in the world of nature by reproducing structures which look like trunks and branches.
