They are perfectly proportioned, for either scrambled eggs, boiled potatoes or sea-snails perfumed with bay leaves, whether the house is full or not. They ban be used for all sorts of culinary experiments, variations on a dream of single main course which can cater to any number of hosts from six to eighteen, and thanks to the beloved casserole dish, these courses are almost always honorably successful. THE CHERISHED CZECH CASSEROLE-DISH has often witnessed terrible scenes which could have, if it hadn't been so robust, seriously damaged it, having been left more than once on the gas fire, and ye nothing can attack its beautiful enamel.Fifteen years later, not because we wanted to replace them, because nothing is capable of destroying them, but for our own pleasure and for yours, we have searched for them and found them. And so now they bear our name, because we are so proud of them.
