This coffer includes a quality italian wine bottle from Alois Lageder (from north italia) and a famous design corkscrew by Alessandro Mendini. The wine is a ''2003 Portico dei Leoni Rosso''. The grape variety is Merlot, cabernet Sauvignon and Lagrein. This wine offers a deep, intense cherry-red colour. Quite pronounced, fruity aroma (prune, cherry), spicy notes of leather, chocolate and floral nuances (violets). Good lenght with a well balanced aftertaste. Suggest food : red meat, venison, game, all kind of cheeses. Storage: 4-6 years.The screwcork is an original creation of alessandro Mendini which transforms with fantasy an usual instrument in a funny and playful object.
