Marli Hook by Alessi

In the aboriginal language spoken by native Australians, marli means "butterfly". For Alessi, marli became a family of objects. An aerodynamic shape is combined with the plastic nature of the object. Little winged "marli" settles on a wall, holds keys, transforms, expands, wraps up and contains when it becomes a basket, for fruit, bread or biscuits...
Like the marli wall hook, Steven Blaess's coat hook is also made in a pressure-die cast zamak and subsequently chrome-plated. It is fixed to the wall with screws and raw plugs that are provided in the package. Due to its design characteristics it can be stuck to the wall in both the horizontal and vertical position.
