"Sella is a true icon of design and of Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. Art or ordinary object... Sella was born from the desire of Castiglioni to conceive a seated comfortable that allows sitting but not completely, to budge, to get up and to sit very freely... This also a '' ready-made" made from existing objects but with a different matter, a homage to the work of Marcel Duchamp. Sella is conceived from saddle of bicycle fixed on an axis in varnished pink steel and a cast-iron base (hemispherical form). She is part of the collections of the biggest internationales museums but remains before all an extraordinary object ! "
