A fun take on the traditional parasol, Shadylace by Drood Design transforms this parasol giving a quality of light and shade that is much more natural than that offered by regular garden parasols. Designed by Chris Kabel, Shadylace has a vivid green polyester canopy, stencil-cut to allow dappled light to shine through, as if the user was sitting beneath a tree. It comes complete with a small bird perched on top, perfect for lounging under on a long summer's afternoon. The parasol Shadylace (Ø 215cm) consists of a wooden mast and a green canopy in polyester with a small gold-coloured bird sitting on the top. It is also available in a white version with an aluminium mast and silver bird. Shadylace also exists in a 350cm diameter (this XL version is only available in white). The parasol Shadylace can be placed in most of the standard bases, but there is a base that matches which is sold separately. A protection cover (sold separately) allows you to protect the parasol when not in use.
