Disko is a small, pressed-glass dish created by Laurence Brabant. The base is surrounded by a wide disk that acts as a handle and is used for stacking.
Founded in 1475, La Rochère dates from the time when glassworks were built in the forests of Lorraine. It is the oldest working art glassworks in France. La Rochère is keen to preserve traditional expertise whilst also developing new manufacturing processes. It has managed to sustain and enlarge its fields of activity, namely decoration, tableware, restoration and architecture. Over the years, La Rochère has enhanced its techniques, mouth-blown glass, moulded glass and mechanically produced glass.In detail:
