Designed for the Ahmedabad museum (India), an architectural project by Le Corbusier, Projecteur 365 is an archetype of technical spots, as well as the inspirational base for spotlights subsequently launched on the market by many companies. This feature has attracted the interest of Nemo that, in collaboration with Le Corbusier Foundation, has revised the original design sketches turning them into technical schemes for the serial production of a family of products suitable both for residential and contract environments.
«To edit a lamp by a renowned designer such as Le Corbusier is both an honour and challenge for Nemo. We knew from the very beginning that it would not have been possible to reproduce the lamp in its exact details, since we are talking about the production of electrical devices undergoing strict standards and norms. Working with Le Corbusier Foundation has been important for Nemo in order to guarantee the preservation of the innovative features of Projecteur 365 in relation to its time of origin and to contribute to an evolution of the project respecting the same conceptual criteria » says Carlo Magistretti, new Brand Manager of Nemo.
