Emu presents the Shade collection, a totally new line in the outdoor garden umbrella sector. Created by Emu in collaboration with the French designer Christophe Pillet, Shade is the result of extraordinary technological research that led to the developing of a new collection of garden umbrellas using innovative materials that make them extremely functional and practical to use, in an elegant and sophisticated design. Shade garden umbrellas are light but extremely strong, because they are built with an all-aluminium frame. Opening and closing is made easy by a system of levers and balances. The aluminium ribs are easely replaced, without having to remove the canopy. Beauty, functionality and quality are the key elements in the design of these umbrellas, perfect for all outdoor environments, including contract use. The canopy is made from acrylic fabric, resistant to weathering and with openings at the top to allow the wind to flow through, improving stability.
