An icon of Scandinavian design! String system was designed in 1949 by Nils Strinning, a famous Swedish architect. To put together an own String shelf is incredibly simple! Shelves, cabinets and chests can be moved freely in lateral steel panels. You have a choice between several shelf types: simple shelf (L 58 cm or L 78 cm), door-shelf (L 78 cm), 3-bowls-shelf (L 78 cm). You can also choose between cabinets with sliding doors or chests of drawers.
Shelves, cabinets and chests can be assembled and disassembled very easily, no special tools needed. They can be adjusted to the desired height; steel panels are to be fixed on a wall.
