Trends 2019

All the latest releases that will leave their mark on the year ahead

Novelties and trends spotted for 2019

Dreams of comfort and inspiring new colours are now joined by some perfect new additions. Winter seems far away thanks to these great new products that set the trend: Find out what 2019 has in store: welcome back velvet, antique transforms your house into a museum, smoked, coloured glass has us dreaming of far-off places, lighting rounds things off nicely, while colours are now softer than ever.

Velvet forever

Velvet’s the in thing

In an almost orgiastic way, velvet covers our seats with deep tones to boost our interior design. Yellow, pink, sky blue, with fringes, ribbed, worn-effect, it’s coming out of the boudoir and infiltrating all styles of interiors.

Light sculptures

Beautiful spaces

As a central, focal point, arty, sculptural lighting still has a lot to give. Pendants, wall lights and table lamps show off their finery in beautiful spaces that interact with the room and bring their unmistakable stamp to your interior design.

Soft colours to start the year

Calm and gentle

With the arrival of scandicraft, the trend is for natural, earthy colours: choose ochre, green fir and linen to bring real warmth to your interior design. The colours widely chosen to start the year bring with them softness and calm. Soft pink, terracotta, light grey, greige and mastic fill your room with resolutely modern, chic colours. You can boost these neutral colours with green fir in a range of shades to create a boudoir atmosphere. Deep blue, or Sarah blue, is also rising up the ranks as a must-have colour.

We continue the gentle theme with "Living Coral", declared Pantone® colour of the year 2019.

Sculptural, antique design

Objects to display

Antique – c’est chic! And resolutely modern: you’ll love having decorative objects as works of art, and joining the fun in 2019: mixing raw materials such as marble, terrazzo and ceramic, colours, colonnaded spaces, "bubbles", face or bird shapes... So many sculptural objects to include and exhibit to perfection in your home.

Round lights

It’s all round

Gradually, bulbs are getting bigger and more stripped back, to the extent they form the lampshade itself: lights are creating a year that’s all about roundness. You’ll love them in immaculate white or coloured smoked glass.

Coloured, smoked glass

Ured, smoked glass

Bold and sophisticated, coloured glass provides the essential touch to bring true elegance to your interior design. You’ll note the return of the bubble shape for vases, with shades of grooved, textured glass which filter the light and add relief to your decoration.
