We are able deliver to the address that you have chosen, in the UK or abroad or for any of the countries listed below.
- UK deliveries: our delivery charge includes all relevant fees and there will be no additional charges to customers.
- For deliveries outside the UK or the European Union, taxes and customs fees will be charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of the delivery.
The bill will be sent with the parcel unless the delivery and invoice address are different.
In order that you receive your goods in the best conditions and time delays, we have chosen the following delivery companies.
Under Regulation 10 of the Distance Selling Regulations, the Customer has the legal right to cancel his Order within fourteen (14) working days, starting on the day after the day on which the goods are received.

Please note that you will have to cover the cost of return of any goods.
To request a return, you can log into your customer account - My orders’ section, to request an online return or contact Customer Services by telephone on +44 (0)207 692 4001 (UK local rate). We will then contact you to explain the returns procedure.
Products must be returned to us properly protected and in their original packaging in a new, unused and unassembled condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale. Please do not stick or mark anything on the items’ original packaging (sellotape or return label/voucher). Any product returned incomplete, damaged, washed, spoiled, degraded or soiled, even partially, will not be refunded or exchanged.
