This portable lamp is an exact replica, on a smaller scale, of its larger sister designed in 1965 by Gae Aulenti. Equipped with a battery and a micro-USB charger, this wireless lamp has a 6 hour battery life. The touch dimmer on the base enables the intensity of the light to be adjusted. The Minipipistrello lamp will look great everywhere: on a desk, a shelf, a console or a bedside table. It is equipped with an energy-saving and efficient LED source. The Pipistrello lamp is easy to recognise, with its famous undulating lampshade, resembling a bat ("pipistrello" in Italian). The shade is in opal white methacrylate and the base is aluminium. It gives out a pleasant diffuse light. Mythical, showcased in the greatest museums around the world, Pipistrello is one of those objects that have become part of our universal heritage.
