Enter the design legend with the reissue of the “Series 430”, an amazingly modern seating collection created in 1967 by Danish designer Verner Panton (1926-1998). Although most of the maestro's works have acquired iconic status, the design company for his creations, Verpan, and his widow, Marianne Panton, offer us a seat that’s remained relatively unknown to the general public. When Verner Panton decided to create the Series 430 bar stool, he wanted it to be comfortable to use as a footrest, but also very comfortable as a seat. He created four thin feet fixed on the outer edge of the seat so that the silhouette was light, almost floating. The secret to the great comfort offered by this stool is under the seat with its elastic straps that stretch and extend under the weight of the body, making it very flexible and comfortable. Thick padding enhances this feeling of comfort. An "haute couture" feel for this version dressed in a beautiful fabric created by designer Nanna Ditzel. The famous “Series 430” is decked out with exclusive fabrics created specially by renowned designers in collaboration with Kvadrat, the Danish reference for high-end textiles.
