The MaMo Nouchies is a gentle and poetic collection of light fixtures developed by designers Ingo Maurer and Dagmar Mombacher. These Japanese paper lamps are born of quality craftsmanship: each piece is unique. The lampshades are folded by hand according to a patented process inspired by traditional Japanese paperwork techniques. The term “Nouchies” is a reference to the master sculptor-designer Isamu Noguchi, who created the famous paper Akari lamps. The Yoruba Rose lamp is an illuminated object you will find spellbinding for both its perfection and elegance. The paper arch is stretched over fine metallic rods almost forming a circle and unfurling upwards. A soft, warm light filters through the paper.
