Inspired by the metallic colours of the Olympic medals, Void is a mysterious, magical pendant that plunges us into the attraction of reflective materials. It’s offered as an expressionist sculpture, a chameleon object surrounded by mysteries that reflects its environment thanks to its mirror finish. The complex top-shaped lampshade is made from solid sheets of metal, worked into a double wall finish. The metal is turned and polished by hand to create a mirror effect and then covered with a thin layer of lacquer to maintain the high-gloss finish. The reflective qualities of this surface allow excellent light diffusion. Void also provides a concentrated, direct light thanks to the LED light source built into the hollow of the top. More energy-efficient, the Void pendant is now equipped with an integrated LED light source. This LED module offers longer life expectancy, better energy efficiency and improved performance, including the ability to dim and control the light. This integrated LED module is fully serviceable and replacement components are available if needed.
