We may communicate personal data to third parties (for example: your e-mail address) or some of your data which does not allow for your identification (for example: Social-demographic data and purchasing profile, cookies or technical log-ins) without this data allowing them to identify you by name, for targeted marketing purposes on third-party websites.The legal grounds for this data processing is the legitimate interest of the company Made In Design. Within this context, your data is processed by the third parties in question, who act as Data Controller, and is subject to their general terms and conditions as well as their personal data protection policy. The third party in question must ensure that they have received your prior consent, in order to send you the said marketing communications. This data is namely used to establish a correspondence (matching) in order to recognise you as a customer of the company Made In Design, and to show you the personalised advertisement, or to show you the targeted marketing based on your centres of interest on social media. 6 Automated individual decision-making

The personal data collected on our Website may be processed by automated means, in order to secure the transactions completed on our Website against fraud and embezzlement, and also to ensure that you enjoy optimal service quality and to secure your payment methods. For this purpose, we use an internal solution which uses an algorithm to determine the fraud risk level associated with each order. 9 Where is your personal data stored?

Your personal data is hosted on the servers of a service provider located in France.

Nevertheless, personal data may occasionally be transmitted to service providers situated in countries outside of the European Union, with a protection level different to that of the European Union.

In this case, we contractually supervise the transfer of data, namely with the application of standard contractual clauses set out by the European Commission, and we require these recipients to implement the measures required in order to ensure the same level of protection as that prescribed by European regulations pertaining to personal data.
