Hay Apex Floor Lamp: A Stylish Small Reading Lamp with a Graphic Design
Inspired by the traditional banker’s lamp, the Apex floor lamp by John Tree reimagines interior lighting with a sleek, contemporary silhouette. Both a high-performance small reading lamp and a decorative object, it enhances reading moments while making a bold aesthetic statement.
A silhouette that catches the eye naturally
The Apex small reading lamp stands out for its folded steel lampshade, whose shape evokes a roofline—an iconic signature of the collection. This graphic form contrasts with the slenderness of the tube and the shine of the chromed steel base to create a light fixture with a sense of visual lightness. Minimalist yet expressive, it adds an architectural touch that enhances the living room without ever cluttering it.
Lighting designed for moments of relaxation
Thanks to its 360°-adjustable lampshade, this adjustable floor lamp directs the light precisely as you wish. Placed next to a sofa, an armchair, or a Sofa, it becomes the ideal small reading lamp for reading, flipping through a magazine, or enjoying focused lighting in the evening. Its foot switch and 240 cm long cable ensure seamless everyday use while offering great flexibility in placement.
An elegant addition to any interior
Available in several colors, the Hay Apex floor lamp blends seamlessly into contemporary, Scandinavian, or more eclectic interiors. Paired with natural materials, metal, or wood, it creates a subtle balance between functionality and design. More than just accent lighting, it becomes a statement piece that discreetly defines the space.
Choosing the Apex floor lamp means adding a light fixture to your home that is as practical as it is refined. A creation by John Tree that transforms every moment of reading into an elegant lighting experience.
