Glas Italia

Bisel 02 End table glass green / 60 x 35 x H 50 cm - Handmade in Italy

The quintessence of Italian design, Glas Italia is an expert in the art of sublimating glass using the finest artisanal methods. Each piece is crafted with the utmost respect for tradition by Italian master glassmakers.

Designed by the renowned Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola, the Bisel table collection has won several design awards: Wallpaper Design Awards 2020, ADA Archiproducts Design Award.

Revealing a fascinating Toy of color and light, the Bisel End table is made from multi-layered, multi-chromatic glass. Each surface of the table is made up of five superimposed sheets of 5 mm glass, each in a different color. The beveled edges let you fully appreciate the chromatic palette.

The mix of different colors gives rise to a dominant green hue. But depending on the angle of view and the light, the Bisel table is adorned with multicolored, ever-changing reflections: a magical effect! The Bisel side table interacts with light in an enchanting, ever-changing way.

Thanks to its hypnotic Toy of color, transparency and reflections, the Bisel table is reminiscent of a jewel, a precious stone.
