Description
In some years, the brothers Campana shook the world of design while bringing another vision of the creation. Brazilian, they brought a wind of lightness and of poetry in European design. Their work distinguishes itself '' ... by the usage of raw materials and the research on poor and recycled materials . With their forms cross, sometimes primitive, they try to express the contradictions of the urban chaos while drawing in the vitality of the native expressions to give to the objects an authentic character, linked to the temperament of the local population '' (C. Morozzi). ''Blow up', fruit of the first collaboration with Alessi, express with forces, the talent and the exceptional language of the brothers Campana. This collection evokes the game of the Mikado and is born idea to assemble hypothetical fragment of steel while soldering them between them in the way to form different types of containers. Big Art!
