Petit fours plates Don't lose your fire ceramic / Ø 16.5 cm

Rock your table! The Love Party plate collection is illustrated by Berlin-based artist Carmi Grau, known as Super Nice Letters. Carmi Grau's work lies at the frontier of hand lettering, calligraphy, graphic design, painting and illustration. She has collaborated with Nike, Disney and Facebook, and designed the calligraphy for Lana Del Rey's Lust for Life album in 2017. Her credo: hand lettering. The artist mainly draws very short, positive phrases. Her “feel-good” witticisms are uplifting; they boost, motivate and make us smile. The illustrator combines letters and patterns in expressive abundance rich in symbols. Words are the central element of her illustrations. The lettering worked on in detail by hand is highlighted by a set of symmetrical, original, offbeat, current patterns. To decorate an original and playful table, have fun mixing messages and patterns… Collaborating with contemporary artists, the famous ceramic house Bitossi offers a collection of eccentric, arty, offbeat tableware. Disparate pieces come together to compose a joyous, colourful table that mixes styles, eras and influences. Drawing on centuries of expertise, Bitossi continues the ceramic tradition by introducing an innovative artistic sensibility.
