Fairy Tale Mirror: When the Mirror Looks Back at You
With Fairy Tale, Seletti reimagines an everyday object to create an unexpected visual experience. Behind its elegant gold frame, inspired by classic mirrors, lies an animated LCD screen that displays a moving eye. Part decorative object, part art installation, and part free standing mirror, Fairy Tale blurs the lines between reality and imagination, transforming every glance into a moment of surprise.
A dialogue between illusion and reality
At first glance, Fairy Tale resembles a small antique mirror with its gold frame featuring Baroque accents. Yet its apparent simplicity quickly gives way to a sense of strangeness. An eye comes to life behind the reflective surface, opening and closing as it seems to discreetly observe its surroundings. This poetic presence lends the object an almost living quality. True to Seletti’s offbeat universe, this decorative mirror transforms a simple function into a captivating visual narrative.
An intriguing presence in everyday life
More than just a mirror, Fairy Tale is a silent companion that brings a space to life. Powered by a USB-C Cable, its built-in LCD screen displays a continuous animation that creates the illusion of an attentive gaze. Placed on an entryway console, a bedside table, or a bookcase, this mirror with an LCD screen naturally draws attention and piques visitors’ curiosity. An ideal piece for lovers of unusual objects and narrative design.
A miniature work of art for creative interiors
Paired with art books, collectibles, or vintage accessories, this free standing mirror reveals its full decorative potential. Its aesthetic blends classic references with discreet technology in a balance that is quintessentially Seletti. Where a traditional mirror merely reflects the space, Fairy Tale imbues it with a personality of its own.
With Fairy Tale, the Mirror ceases to be a mere accessory and becomes a character in its own right. A unique creation that brings a touch of mystery, humor, and poetry to everyday life.
