Gravity XL Floor Lamp, a sculptural light fixture
With its generous proportions, the Gravity XL floor lamp makes a statement that is as elegant as it is soothing. Designed by Space Copenhagen for Gubi, it reimagines the balance between mass and lightness by transforming a functional light fixture into a true piece of interior architecture.
A mineral composition of great elegance
The Gravity XL marble floor lamp combines an imposing cylindrical base in burgundy or emerald green marble with a wide lampshade made of natural beige fabric. Between these two elements, a slender black structure accentuates the sense of floating that characterizes the entire collection. This juxtaposition of raw material and delicate textile gives rise to a timeless silhouette that fits naturally into a contemporary, minimalist, or “quiet luxury”-inspired interior. The unique veining of the marble makes each piece one-of-a-kind.
Soft lighting designed for everyday use
Equipped with a brass dial dimmer integrated into the base, the Gravity XL designer floor lamp allows you to easily adjust the light intensity to suit the desired atmosphere. Its three LED bulbs E27 emit an even light that’s ideal for a living room, reception area, or reading nook. Its generous size also allows it to visually define large spaces while maintaining a sense of lightness.
Timeless elegance according to Gubi
More than just a light fixture, the Gravity XL embodies Space Copenhagen’s vision, where simplicity, balance, and premium materials come together to create pieces built to stand the test of time. Paired with dark wood, travertine, leather, or natural textiles, this Gubi floor lamp creates a sophisticated ambiance without ever overwhelming the space. Few light fixtures manage to so perfectly combine visual impact with soft, gentle light.
The Gravity XL floor lamp complements even the most discerning interiors with understated elegance. A signature piece that transforms every moment of lighting into an experience that is both warm and contemplative.
