The result of a collaboration between Nobodinoz and Studio Heju, this bedside table sublimates the world of children with a refined aesthetic, all finesse and contrast. On the front, fine gadroons - gentle vertical undulations carved into the wood - catch the light and blend into their subtle beige hue. They create a textured surface, both decorative and sensory, that children love to explore with their fingertips. The oversized round Dark wood Handle reinforces this playful, reassuring dimension, while at the same time forming part of a refined graphic line.
Sober contrast, Japanese allure
The blend of Light ash andDark ashwood creates a restrained Toy of contrasts, characteristic of Studio Heju's visual language. The massive legs, directly inspired by Japanese geta sandals, provide a stable, sculptural base to the whole, subtly evoking Japanese craftsmanship and the principles of wabi-sabi design. A balanced composition, between geometry, poetry and architecture.
