They are hand-drawn, then modeled in 3D using 3D printing technology. They are made from PLA: this 100% biodegradable and renewable material is derived from Corn starch. This non-toxic, plant-based material is produced locally.
Taking advantage of 3D printing, the manufacturing process begins with the hand-drawing of each object. Next, the sketch is modeled in 3D using dedicated software, turning the model into instructions for our machines. This production process limits waste and energy consumption.
This unique design method enables Argot Studio to produce high-quality pieces locally in Paris. Argot Studio explores different shapes, textures and materials to create unique pieces with varied properties and textures.
Drawing inspiration from the contrast between the brutalism of urban architecture and the organic forms of Nature, Argot Studio's pieces offer an aesthetic that is both poetic and thoughtful.
