Layers Double bed wood / For mattress 180 x 200 cm - With Bench-Box

A Japanese-style futon bed with built-in Storage

Halfway between Scandinavian architecture and Japanese minimalist spirit, the Layers Japanese futon bed by C.F. Møller Architects transforms the bedroom into a contemporary refuge. Its low lines, transparent lacquered Pine and balanced proportions create a soft, luminous atmosphere. The detail that makes all the difference is the feet that wrap around the frame, a discreet graphic signature that adds relief without weighing down the space. Inspired by the principles of Nordic design, this bed favors simple forms, durable materials and an aesthetic designed to endure the years without losing its modernity.

Designed for everyday use

Handcrafted in Europe, this Solid pine bed combines sturdiness, functionality and lasting comfort. The included Slatted bed base ensures good mattress ventilation and stable support night after night. At the foot of the bed, the integrated Bench-Box conceals a large storage area accessible via three wooden lids. An ingenious solution for storing bed linen, Cushions or everyday items, while maintaining a sleek aesthetic. Depending on the orientation chosen, this Unit can also be used as a minimalist bedside table. Available for mattresses 140 x 200 cm, 160 x 200 cm or 180 x 200 cm, the Layers bed is equally at home in a master bedroom or contemporary holiday home.

A cosy piece for sleek interiors

With its japanese aesthetic and Natural finish, the Layers design double bed is equally at home in a minimalist bedroom or a wabi-sabi vacation home. Pair it with washed Linen bed linen, a Paper Pendant or a textured Rug to accentuate its warm character. Unlike more imposing classic bed frames, it retains a light presence while incorporating genuine invisible storage space. Its low silhouette visually enlarges the space and creates an immediate sense of calm and fluidity.
