Pendant Luce Sferica S2 - a monumental line of light
With the Luce Sferica S2 Pendant, Flos pushes back the boundaries between luminaire and architectural installation. Designed by Ronan Bouroullec, this spectacular creation transforms light into a compositional element in its own right. A succession of spheres like a luminous Necklace
Luce Sferica S2 is distinguished by its ten spherical Units in Transparent Hand-blown glass. Precisely aligned on an internal structure of Extruded aluminium Polished, these spheres evoke a succession of Pearlys suspended in the air. Glass reveals all its richness through the changing Toy of reflections and transparency. Longer and more spectacular than the S1 version, this Pendant asserts a true architectural dimension while retaining a remarkable impression of lightness. Its minimalist aesthetic fits perfectly into contemporary interiors, where every object is chosen for its visual strength.
Light mastered in every detail
Behind its formal purity lies sophisticated technology. Two integrated LED ribbons diffuse light upwards and downwards to shape the atmosphere as required. A touch-sensitive button at the end of the tube lets you select different lighting modes and precisely adjust light intensity. Above a large reception table or in a high-end professional environment, it offers exceptional visual comfort while enhancing volumes.
