Fermob asked designer Frédéric Sofia to reinterpret the legendary SENAT armchair from the garden of LUXEMBOURG through a range of Aluminium furniture of the same name. The result is a fabulous outdoor collection that aspires to joie de vivre: ''In designing furniture to accompany the armchair from the Luxembourg garden, I looked for subtle lines, respectful of the oh-so-French style of the 1920s, that invite you to discover the simple pleasures of time spent in the secrets of your garden''.
The 3/4-seater Bench has a touch of truancy about it. Frédéric Sofia wanted to take the traditional school bench and reinterpret it in a modern way: it gains in color without losing the classic charm of its sober aesthetic. The Bench is also extremely sturdy and lightweight... a veritable compendium of functionality! With its three large seats, it's the perfect ally for large tables! Ideal as a complement to the Luxembourg range, it's also perfect in combination with the Cosmo table. Made in Designit offers it in a multitude of bright, cheerful colors.
