Pear Coat Hook, a carved pear to accent your wall
With its green pear shape and hand-carved texture, the Pear hook adds a playful and natural touch to any wall. Made from FSC®-certified aspen wood, it is hand-carved and hand-painted, giving it a warmer presence than a simple wall hook. Its compact size—5 cm wide by 8 cm high, with a depth of 6.5 cm—makes it easy to install in an entryway or a child’s bedroom. Practical for everyday use, it provides a place to hang small accessories and lightweight items within easy reach.
A small, handcrafted fruit-shaped FORMA
Pear draws direct inspiration from the soft, elongated silhouette of a pear. The hand-carved and hand-painted wood reveals subtle irregularities that make each piece slightly different. The green of the fruit contrasts with the small brown stem and highlights its figurative design. This handcrafted work gives the hook a distinct artisanal character, where variations in shape, texture, or shade fully contribute to its charm.
Where should you place a small, decorative pear-shaped hook?
The Pear hook fits easily into an entryway or a child’s bedroom. Its small size is particularly well-suited for narrow wall spaces and also allows you to group several together to create a decorative arrangement. It can be used to hang small everyday accessories while adding a colorful, nature-inspired touch.
How do you mount the Pear hook on the wall?
The Pear hook comes with a screw and a wall plug. However, you should choose a mounting method suited to the type of wall to ensure a stable and long-lasting installation.
Are all Pear hooks identical?
No. Since each piece is hand-carved and hand-painted, slight variations may occur in shape, color, or finish. These variations are a direct result of the artisanal nature of the manufacturing process.
With its soft green color and familiar silhouette, Pear transforms a small, functional detail into a charming decorative accent. Whether on its own or paired with other fruit-shaped hooks, it helps create a practical, graphic, and cheerful wall display.
