Pear Wall Mirror: A Rattan Pear Full of Charm
With its slender and instantly recognizable silhouette, the Pear Wall Mirror adds a playful and natural touch to a child’s bedroom. Its thick, woven rattan frame follows the curves of a pear, transforming the mirror into a true decorative piece. The glass rests on a plywood stand, while the rattan work adds visual warmth to the whole piece. Measuring 40 cm wide by 64 cm high, Pear makes a bold statement on the wall while maintaining a slim depth of just 3 cm.
A familiar silhouette crafted from rattan
Pear’s charm stems from the balance between a figurative shape and a natural material. The thick woven rattan frame highlights the fruit’s contours, from its rounded base to its stem and leaves. This design gives the mirror a soft, handcrafted presence, particularly well-suited to a child’s room. The design remains understated enough to blend easily into a decor featuring light wood, natural textiles, or neutral tones.
Where should you hang a pear-shaped Mirror?
The Pear mirror is particularly well-suited for a child’s bedroom. It can be placed near a reading nook, above a small piece of furniture, or on an empty wall. Its decorative shape creates a focal point without adding extra furniture, while bringing more depth and light to the room.
What are the dimensions of the Pear mirror?
The mirror measures 40 cm wide by 64 cm high, with a depth of 3 cm. Its vertical format works well on narrow walls or in spaces between two pieces of furniture, while still being large enough to serve as a true decorative feature in the room.
