Teak is an exceptional wood, refined and timeless. Used in emblematic places such as the decks of the most beautiful ships or the temples of Asia, it has excellent technical characteristics: stable, hard-wearing, soft to the touch and pleasantly fragrant, it develops a patina indoors, taking on a Burnish hue over time, or oxidizes outdoors. It can also be oxidized outdoors, giving it a characteristic silver-gray hue.

Unopiù uses "Grade A" Solid teak: the noblest wood, obtained from the central part of the trunk. It comes from Indonesian plantations certified to respect ecological parameters.
