Press is a series of luminaires made from very thick, highly transparent glass. Their bouncy shape is reminiscent of sailing buoys and children's toys. Grooved glass ensures excellent light diffusion, while projecting its linear patterns.
Very thick, industrially pressed glass is designed to capture and refract light, and to last forever.
At the center of the Lamp is an interchangeable metal dome. The Wall light comes with three interchangeable domes in different colors: Gold, Silver and Black.
Note: the small bubbles trapped in the glass celebrate the way the products are made and appear naturally when the glass is pressed by hand.
Tom Dixon is a major player on the international design scene and his work features in the collections of the world's leading museums, including the London Design Museum, the V&A, the Centre Pompidou in Paris and MoMA in New York.
