Reflecting - Ciclope Wall mirror plastic material / Animated LCD screen with a moving eye - L 62 x H 85 cm

Why choose the Reflecting mirror?

• A fascinating decorative object, somewhere between Baroque and contemporary surrealism
• A unique sensory experience thanks to its animated eyes
• An imposing format to dress walls and perspectives with panache
• A philosophical and artistic nod to the function of the mirror

A surreal mirror, like a Door to another dimension

Spectacular, the Reflecting mirror blurs the boundaries between art, design and technology. Its richly ornamented Frame imitates the Gold moldings of antique mirrors, while an LCD screen concealed beneath the reflective surface brings to life one or more eyes that slowly open and close. An unsettling, almost living presence that questions our own gaze and turns the object into an art installation.

Between technology and surreal poetry

Designed to be both functional and emotionally provocative, Reflecting is not just a decorative mirror: it's an interactive work of art. While you observe yourself, it seems to scrutinize you in turn. This Toy of inverted glances sets up a silent, disconcerting dialogue with the surrounding space, making each use unique. Available in Ciclope (one eye) or Trilogy (three eyes) versions, the Mirror simply plugs into the mains via a discreet cable.

An exceptional focal point for bold interiors

Installed over a fireplace, in a theatrical entrance hall or as the centerpiece of a living room, Reflecting is an irresistible eye-catcher. Its baroque aesthetic, sublimated by a contemporary digital touch, complements eclectic, maximalist or neo-classical universes, for a deliberately offbeat scenography. A work to be contemplated, experienced and integrated as a manifesto.

Created by Giampiero Romanò and Andrea Ghisalberti

Two complementary figures on the contemporary scene are behind this unique Mirror. Milan-based art restorer and designer Giampiero Romanò has been exploring the language of the mirror as a narrative Stand for over thirty years. His work oscillates between baroque, surrealism and craft experimentation. He likes to cut, sew and Drilling machine reflective surfaces to create expressive objects that are always singular. At his side, Andrea Ghisalberti brings a resolutely cross-disciplinary approach: designer, consultant and experience thinker, he collaborates with the world's leading cultural and economic institutions (Art Basel, Audi, Harvard Business School, World Economic Forum). Together, they give Reflecting a dual interpretation: sensory and conceptual.

With Reflecting, your home becomes an art gallery. Let yourself be hypnotized by this inverted view of yourself - and give your walls a sculptural, animated presence, between the splendor of yesteryear and the imagination of the future.
