A sculpted, modular and expressive luminaire
Minimalist yet expressive, the Pendant Pyl offers a contemporary reinterpretation of signal lights. Its Lampshade is suspended from a flexible, adjustable metal wire, allowing light to be precisely directed - towards a work of art, a work top or a reading area.
The diffuser's signature Moulded glass captures and diffuses light with controlled intensity.
The color highlights the structure, composed of tubular sections and a steel Bell. The color palette is inspired by Italian design of the last century, with bright yellow and chili red, combined with neutrals: white and black. These bold hues pay homage to the playful pop universe of the Memphis movement.
A luminous work, born of an artistic approach
Conceived by Marie Cornil and Alexandre Willaume, the PYL collection embodies gallery design at the service of everyday life. Finalists for the Grand Prix de la Ville de Paris and CNAP prize-winners, the two designers apply their exacting formal standards to a luminaire that is at once aesthetic, functional and adaptable.
