Designed in 1955 by Nanna and Jørgen Ditzel, the ND54 High chair combines modernist heritage with contemporary demands. With its sober, balanced lines, this piece embodies the purest Danish aesthetic: functional, durable and resolutely child-oriented.
An evolving seat, designed to last
Handcrafted in Denmark from FSC™-certified solid beechwood, the ND54 Chair is varnished with a non-toxic matt lacquer that's soft to the touch and easy to care for. A saddle leather Strap provides a comfortable hold, while the three-height adjustable Footrest accompanies first meals in total serenity. A matching backrest is available separately for added comfort.
A precious object to pass on
Designed to welcome children as soon as they can sit up on their own, up to the age of 3 (or 15 kg), this chair includes three stainless steel plates for engraving the names of the children who have used it. A touch of poetry and memory that turns this piece of furniture into a real family heirloom.
