This ceramic presentation bowl reproduces the inside of a mouth with troubling realism. Solidly rooted in the gum, this stunning circle of white teeth is punctuated by a single gold one! Teeth is a surreal object that is at once provocative, disturbing, funny and absurd, which is sure to leave an impression. This presentation plate brings an uninhibited, eccentric, totally offbeat touch to your table. This creation is from Studio Job, which brings together two free spirits, Job Smeets and Nynke Tynagel, renowned for their rebellious, nonconformist way of creating a unique world. The works they create are often based on personal fascinations. The design duo have created the Blow collection for Seletti: a range of crazy sculptural objects inspired by hyperrealism and Pop Art. These pieces with their quirky, unconventional style are imbued with an incredible emotional force. Studio Job positions itself between design and art, which grants their work a specific position. Studio job has caused debate on more than one occasion as regards the existing standards of the contemporary field.
