His aim was to develop a flexible lamp, adjustable yet perfectly stable. He would use articulated arms for this purpose with innovative springs that he himself invented and patented! Perfectly adapted to the meticulous work of the workshop, the Anglepoise lamp was originally adopted by industrialists for its practicality. This architect’s lamp with its typical 30s design celebrates the industrial, avant-garde loft living spirit. Equipped with a patented spring balancing system, it offers perfect stability in all positions. The Type 75 lamp is used to direct light precisely. The articulated arm pivots through 360°. The lampshade swivels. The switch is located on top of the lampshade.
