The cult flower of Nordic design
A vibrant expression of Finnish design, this Dessert plate combines floral poetry and contemporary functionality with the boldness of the Unikko motif and the spirit of Finnish design.
A floral heritage made manifest
Maija Isola' s iconic Unikko floral motif is the hallmark of Marimekko. It was designed in 1964, just after founder Armi Ratia proclaimed that floral motifs were outdated. Maija Isola challenged her with flowers so fresh that Armi changed her mind. Ironically, Unikko has become the brand's most recognizable symbol.
Enduring beauty for everyday use
Made from stoneware, this Dessert plate combines sturdiness and refinement. Its 20 cm diameter adapts to every occasion, from refined desserts to stylish snacks, and preserves the intensity of the pattern over time, for serene durability.
The Marimekko art of living
Founded in 1951, Marimekko embodies an art of living nourished by creativity and freedom. It became famous in 1960 when Jackie Kennedy wore its Dresses. This Plate brings this joyful, timeless design into your home.
Sublimate every mouthful and let the Scandinavian magic reenchant your table.
