Mira Extending table wood brown / L 100–180 cm – 4–8 people

Mira, a round extendable dining table with a sculptural design

With its generous curves and architectural appeal, the Mira extendable round table from NV Gallery combines contemporary aesthetics with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its circular tray rests on sculptural legs with soft lines, in a bold minimalist style. Crafted from tinted ash wood with a dark walnut stain, it captivates with its visible grain and warm brown tones, exuding timeless elegance. A table with character that’s also cleverly designed, thanks to its two extension leaves that allow it to transform from a small, compact size into a large table perfect for entertaining.

Soft curves and architectural legs

Mira’s unique character lies in the contrast between its round tray and its four wide legs with rounded contours. Their flat surfaces and slightly curved lines create a graphic base that is both imposing and sleek. Crafted from composite wood finished with a walnut stained ash veneer, this table captures the classic, elegant charm of dark wood, reinterpreted in a contemporary style. Its balanced proportions align with the trend toward sculptural minimalism. Mira is thus perfectly suited for a contemporary dining room, a mid-century-inspired interior, or an open-concept kitchen.

Is an extendable round table suitable for small spaces?

The Mira extendable round table is particularly well-suited for tight spaces thanks to its compact 100-cm diameter. Its circular tray makes it easy to move around the table, while its space-saving design allows it to fit in a small dining room or kitchen. It comfortably seats 4 people for everyday use without taking up too much space. Its real advantage? It can transform into a large oval table when it’s time to entertain. With the first Extension leaf, it measures 140 × 100 cm and seats 6 people. A second extension leaf allows it to be extended up to 180 × 100 cm and seat 8 guests. An ideal solution for enjoying a compact table on a daily basis without giving up the pleasure of large gatherings.

How can you easily extend a round table with two extension leaves?

The Mira extendable table expands easily thanks to two removable extension leaves, each 40 cm long. Simply open the table top and add one or two extension leaves depending on the number of guests. This simple system lets you quickly transform a round table into a large oval table without any complicated steps. The extension leaves can be removed after use and stored separately in the protective bag provided. A practical solution for hosting unexpected guests and easily clearing the space after a meal.

How do you care for a Walnut Stained ash wood table?

A wood veneer table should be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products and standing moisture to preserve its finish and grain pattern. Using tablemats and placemats also helps protect the tabletop on a daily basis.

With Mira, small spaces think big. Its inviting silhouette encourages gatherings around a beautiful table, from family breakfasts to dinners with friends. An elegant and functional piece that combines space-saving design with the art of entertaining.
