Jonathan Adler Op Art Card Game Box: The Art of Card Games Reimagined
Jonathan Adler ’s Op Art Card Game Box transforms a party staple into a true collector’s item. Its mesmerizing design and glossy lacquered wood finish make it a decorative object that catches the eye even before the first hand is dealt.
A Fascinating Graphic Aesthetic
Inspired byOp Art, this card game box reimagines the timeless black-and-white duo through a play of geometric lines and optical perspectives. The graphic stripes create effects of disruption, offset, and continuity that seem to bring the surface to life. Crafted from glossy lacquered wood through the manual application of successive layers of Traditional lacquer, it offers remarkable depth and shine that highlight the richness of the pattern.
Two decks always at your fingertips
The box contains two standard decks of high-quality, thick-stock cards, each consisting of 52 cards and jokers. Its removable lid allows for quick access to the cards while ensuring neat storage. It’s perfect for an impromptu game of poker, a bridge game with friends, or a cozy family evening.
A decorative piece between games
When closed, the Jonathan Adler box becomes a true decorative accessory. Placed on a coffee table, bookcase, or desk, it adds a modern and sophisticated touch to your home. Few boxes combine the joy of playing, graphic design, and artisanal craftsmanship with such elegance.
Choosing the Op Art card game box adds a whole new dimension to moments spent together. It’s a creation that celebrates play with equal parts style and boldness.
