Vitra developed Repad in collaboration with designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. The Repad Desk blotter is made from reconstituted leather. To obtain this recycled material, leftovers from Vitra's furniture production are ground and bound with vegetable tannins, natural rubber, fats and water, then dried.
Repad is not only suitable as a desk blotter for documents of various sizes, but also structures and defines the personal workspace as a stand for the keyboard or laptop.
Repad is characterized by the pleasant feel of Genuine leather.
